12 Caledonia has been my home for nearly 25 years.  It’s filled with wonderful memories.  

It has welcomed several Grammy-award winners who have serenaded us in the grand room.  The site for many a spontaneous concert, we’ve also welcomed neuroscientists, authors, writers, and actors of renown.  It’s also been where two Hollywood phenoms were raised and where a Sundance-award winning film was hatched and written, by yours truly.

I also started my own film company that ran out of this home and the attached cottage.  Dozens of world-class documentaries and commercials have been edited here.

I relocated my business to Tennessee and bought a house with my wife.  So while I’m over the border in Tennessee, I am renting out to select short-term renters.
